Registration information
Access to the symposium will be restricted to registered persons; no accompanying person can access this professional event.
• Registrations for in-person participation are closed
• Registrations for virtual participation will be possible up to and including April 26, 2024
In-person Standard Registration
400€
The in-person registration includes access to all sessions and two workshops of your choice over the three days. This registration will also give you access to recordings of the entire symposium (including all six workshops) for 3 months after the meeting.
In-person Special Registration
300€
These registration fees are reserved for patient association representatives, doctoral students, medical students and paramedical staff, and give access to the same services as normal registration (see above).
Virtual Registration
200€
The virtual registration includes full access to the online virtual platform and networking with other delegates online via the meeting hub.
Please note that during the symposium, you will have access to videoconferencing for two of the six workshops: one on Wednesday 24 and the other on Thursday 25.
Recordings of the entire symposium (including all six workshops) will be available for 3 months after the meeting.
In-person registrations include participation to the symposium, welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee and tea breaks
